Often a concentration within a Massage therapy or related holistic course of study, Polarity Therapy courses explore theories about unbalanced, blocked or locked energies, as well as how to administer a Polarity therapy session. Sessions involve observing, assessing, and manipulating the energies using techniques such as palpation and interviews.
