Like the sports massage program, this particular course of study is offered in two separate educational levels of either 500-hour or 1,000-hour training options. In addition to holistic health massage, students have the option to choose from a variety of specialized electives including Tai Chi/Qi gong, acupressure, Thai massage, stone therapy, reflexology, nutrition, pre and post-natal massage, infant massage, herbology, and related studies.
