Hellerwork is a holistic practice that was developed by Joseph Heller in 1978. This type of therapy deals with the connection among body, mind, and spirit. Hellerwork is a gentle deep tissue bodywork designed to help patients relieve chronic pain or stress and to realign the body in 11 sessions.
